What locations do Quick, Fix It! operate in?

We have mobile tradesmen teams throughout Hong Kong which include New Territories, Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. Hard to reach areas such as outlying islands will be subject to a surcharge fee.

Which areas would include surcharges?

Which services will incur additional charges with my order?

We are transparent when it comes to what is included in job costs.

Do you do home renovations and remodeling?

Yes, we can help provide everything from interior designers to the tradesmen to undertake the works.

I have a construction project, can you help source and supervise the development?

Yes, we can. We have in-house Project Supervisor teams who are highly experienced in residential and commercial property developments. We can lead the pre-construction and design phase right the way through to releasing the completed development to market. We can draw on our wide network of property professionals and skilled tradesmen to provide quality construction.

What should I do if the services listed aren’t provided?

Please select the Others icon on the homepage and 'Not listed above? Tell us what needs fixing', upload corresponding images and describe the works required and our customer service team will contact you to discuss how we can help.

Who do I contact about any changes and concerns to my booking?

Does Quick, Fix It! provide late night emergencies services?

Unfortunately, we currently do not provide late night emergency services. If your order can wait, please continue to place your order and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Our office hours are Monday - Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.

Do you provide contractual Property Maintenance services?

Yes, please select the Others icon and select the Property Maintenance option, upload corresponding images and describe the works required.

What happens if there are any damages or unsatisfactory work?

What happens if the tradesman doesn’t turn up?

Are inspections free of charge?

If an onsite quotation is necessary, there will be an inspection fee of HKD$500. If you are happy to proceed, we will deduct this fee from the final invoice.
